I and I decided to implement all we've learned from the South Beach Diet in the form of a "healthy" pizza. So we bought whole wheat pizza crust, some pizza sauce, mushrooms, turkey meatballs, shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese and some cilantro (his idea). While the crust was a bit sad as far as crusts go, the pizza was pretty good. Maybe it's because we poured on nearly 4 cups of cheese. Ha. I doubt there was anything healthy about what we ate. Oh well. We tried. ;)
