+ pastrami on rye with spicy mustard and melted Swiss (deeelish)
+ 1/2 medium frozen yogurt twist (vanilla/chocolate)
Afternoon Snack
+ 1/2 iced sugar cookie (too sweet)
Dinner
+ medium plateful of leftover mostacolli (completely covered in parmesan cheese-- only way I could eat it)
+ 6 oz. cold apple cider
