THURSDAY, December 6th
Breakfast
+ 1/4 an eggy spinach cheese quiche concoction (eh)
+ slice of ham
+ half of a roasted tomato
+ scoop of roasted potatoes
+ cup of coffee with cream and Splenda

Mid-morning Snack
+ two cubes of cheese (one butter cheese and one swiss-- yumm!!)
+ a piece of granola
+ small glass of diet Pepsi
Lunch
+ roasted chicken stuffed with apples and mashed potatoes covered in some glaze
+ small bunch of asparagus
+ roasted red pepper
+ bed of white cheddar macaroni and cheese

+ three mini fruit tarts (yummy)
+ one mini tiramisu
+ cup of coffee with cream and Splenda
Mid-afternoon Snack
+ glass of Maudite (strong)
+ glass of Harp lager (has a hint of vanilla)
+ several pieces of jumbo salted pretzels dipped in spicy mustard sauce
Dinner
+ small piece of baked salmon
+ sweet Filipino bread roll
