It was bitterly cold today. I'm surprised I didn't stuff my face more.
MONDAY, December 17th
Breakfast
+ supreme omelet w/bacon croissant (good stuff-- ha)
+ medium coffee with skim milk and Splenda
+ 1/4 of a pumpkin donut
Lunch
+ a few pieces of baked flatbread pieces with honey butter (tasted like ice cream)
+ turkey burger, no bun (with portobello mushroom, tomato, lettuce, ketchup, and spicy mustard)
+ small plate of macaroni and cheese (not overly fatty, but still yummy)
Dinner
+ noodle soup with chicken, broccoli, and eggs (I threw together a bunch of leftovers to make this and it was quite yummy)
