Breakfast
+ 2 of Mom’s eggrolls
+ 1/2 can of Sprite
Lunch
+ an obscene amount of food (asian-inspired meatballs, fried chicken wings, buffalo chicken wings, artichoke chicken salad, deviled eggs, Mom's eggrolls, Mrs. Q’s fried rice, sausage and peppers, mushroom lasagna, turkey/chicken chili, collard greens)

+ only a bit of dessert (sweet potato pie, noodle koogle, ricotta cheese cake)
Mid-afternoon Snack
+ cup of coffee with non-dairy creamer and Splenda
+ several cubes of Amish butter cheese (good stuff)
+ several sesame seed tortilla chips (hearty and yum)
Dinner
+ some leftover fried rice (so yum)
+ a few pieces of sautéed chicken
