FRIDAY, January 4th
Breakfast
+ cup of Starbucks coffee (made at work) with creamer and Splenda
Lunch
+ double quarter-pounder (don't hate-- it was so good)
+ 1/2 BBQ chicken wrap (eh)
+ 8-9 french fries
+ 3 oz. of diet Coke
Dinner
+ random Cuban appetizers
+ Cuban oxtail stew (sounds gross, but quite yum)
+ rice and a few spoonfuls of beans
Post-dinner Snack
+ slice of ice cream cake (with cookies-n-cream and butter pecan flavors)
+ slice of homemade apple pie
+ glass of home-brewed iced tea
