My bad eating from yesterday has continued.
TUESDAY, January 22nd
Breakfast
+ microwaveable cheese grits (yum!)
+ chocolate glazed donut
+ medium coffee with skim milk and Splenda
Lunch
+ 1/2 spicy chicken sandwich (mm)
+ double stack (mm)
+ 1 or 2 french fries
+ a few sips of Dr. Pepper
Dinner
+ bowl of chicken soup
+ plate of chicken adobo, brown rice, and an egg (over-medium) on top
+ handful of strawberries
+ a piece of chocolate
