+ sausage patty between toasted sweet Filipino bread
+ mug of coffee with skim milk and Splenda
Lunch
+ leftover stuffed spinach pizza
+ 1/2 bottle of Fuze "Slenderize" cranberry raspberry beverage
Mid-evening Snack
+ small non-fat turtle latte
Late Dinner
+ leftover skirt steak and cactus salad from Saturday (still soo good)
+ two pieces of leftover plantains
