WEDNESDAY, February 6th
Breakfast
+ piece of wheat toast with several sprays of ICBINB spray
+ mug of coffee with skim milk and Splenda
Lunch
+ yellow fin tuna burrito (not bad)
+ rice with salsa mixed in
+ a spoonful of black beans
+ 1/4 can of diet Coke with lime
+ Cinnabon cinnamon roll (mmm...)
+ cup of coffee with cream and Equal
Dinner
+ bowl of seafood ramen
+ an orange
