After a weekend of obesity, Monday was not as eventful.
MONDAY, October 15th
Breakfast
+ 2 savory butter Hawaiian rolls
+ 1/4 of a medium lite vanilla latte (I spilled the rest-- *sigh*)
Mid-morning Snack
+ 1 slice whole grain zuccini walnut bread
+ 1 cup red safari spice rooibus tea
Lunch
+ 1 Chipotle barbacoa burrito (with cheese, sour cream, green tomatillo, black beans)
Dinner
+ 2 oz. of some sort of steak slathered with A1
+ 1/2 old blueberry bagel dipped into a whole mess of Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
+ 1/2 cinnamon apple donut with sugar coating
+ 5 oz. Lipton Brisk iced tea

this post was not as exciting as the others. your weekend intake of calories sounds very obese-like.
after this weekend, i know to double all the amounts you list on the blog. "8-10 cheese fries" ummmmmm...yeah right!
