When you're at work and it's a Monday and it's cold, nothing makes you feel better than the thought of warm cheese. This thought is what got me through the day.
MONDAY, October 22nd
Breakfast
+ medium lite vanilla latte
+ handful of plain Cherrios
Mid-morning Snack
+ 8.5 butter crackers
Lunch
+ XL slice of Chicago-version NY-style pepperoni pizza (surprisingly yum)
+ 8 oz. of Diet Pepsi
Mid-afternoon Snack
+ two spoonfuls of room-temperature Mexican cheese
+ 6 tortilla chips with black beans, tomatoes, cheese (microwaved for 30 seconds)
+ one more spoonful of room-temp cheese (tastes soo good, but not very good for the tummy)
Dinner
+ chunks of baked salmon mixed into 2 scrambled eggs (mmm-- I can eat scrambled eggs with anything)
+ seafood pancit soup (I made it up-- it was pretty darn good)

Did you see the special in RedEye today? Places to get fried mac and cheese balls? haha - sounds fat as hell. That would give you an automatic 5.

Remember when we used to put our string cheese on the computer so that it would get all warm and yummy? That was a great idea.
