I'm pleased to say I ate a decent amount today, and I had no apprehensions. It feels good to be back. :)
FRIDAY, November 9th
Breakfast
+ ham and swiss omelet (greasy but delicious)
+ 7-8 potato squares
+ sip of orange juice
+ 1/4 slice of wheat toast with blueberry and strawberry jam
Mid-afternoon Snack
+ handful of salt and vinegar chips (mmm)
+ 1/4 bottle Vitamin Water "Power-C"
Dinner
+ bistro burger on challah with bacon, brie, and grilled onions (yum)
+ handful of shoestring fries (daintily delicious!)
+ few forkfuls of mediterranean chicken pasta
+ a piece of cantaloupe and a piece of pineapple
+ glass of red wine (to help the heart a bit, you know)
Late-evening Snack
+ another handful of salt and vinegar chips
+ 2 sour gummy bugs and 3 gummy worms
+ the rest of my Vitamin Water
