TUESDAY, November 13th
Breakfast
+ two McD’s breakfast burritos
+ medium cup of coffee with two creams, three sugars
+ two Frango mints (mmm—it’s good with coffee)
Lunch
+ steak, egg, and cheese bagel (I saved it from breakfast—yum!)
Early-evening Snack
+ two generic HandiSnacks (brought back such nice memories)
+ 1/2 bottle Vitamin Water “Energy”
Late-evening Snack
+ small scoop of chicken with broccoli and green peppers
+ 4 oz. Vitamin Water “Formula 50”
+ macaroni and cheese omelet with a sprinkling of red pepper flakes (I thought combining two loves would work—but this was not as good as I had hoped)
