The highlight of my day was finding a new lunch spot. I want to go back there every day to try a new variety. Mmm . . . crepes . . .
TUESDAY, March 11th
Breakfast
+ bowlful of Nature’s Valley Oat ‘N’ Honey granola cereal (dry)
+ grande coffee with skim milk and Splenda
Lunch
+ crepe filled with shrimp, lemon juice, and jack cheese (sounds gross but was so good)
+ Honest Tea pomegranate/acai tea
Dinner
+ lox and cream cheese on a toasted blueberry bagel
+ medium plate of pancit with piece of baked salmon (I wasn’t even hungry, but I wanted something warm)
+ 3/4 Healthy Choice fudgesicle
