I was quite tired today after my long Wednesday. I was pretty out of it actually. The fruit/yogurt parfait and the clam chowder were the highlights of my day, though, and they picked me up in a somewhat effective manner. Sleep will be a welcome treat as well.
THURSDAY, March 13th
Breakfast
+ tall non-fat vanilla latte
+ fruit and yogurt parfait (quite delicious)
Lunch
+ cup of clam chowder (mmm, good stuff)
+ 1/4 tuna melt
+ bottle of organic beach tea (I added a bit of lemon and Splenda)
Dinner
+ plate of pancit and baked salmon (again)
