I thought the delightful little chicken wing, fried in a large vat of oil, was good enough on its own . . . but imagine it stuffed with noodles, mushrooms, and ground pork/shrimp/chicken! Yeah, it doesn't even sound possible, but it is.
No wonder they're called "angel wings." I have no other words.

Hey girl!! I love your food blog!! haha it is making me hungry that's for sure. Anyways, the angel wings..I never had them but they look delicious. The restaurant building is one of the four tours that I used to live in when I first came in Chicago. Hope all is well with you and haven't seen you around in a long time! :D
