05.04 - Oldies and Newies

I tried out a couple new places this past week-- both fine establishments with fine food. But you know what? It was the simple oldie that made me happiest. Seriously. There is nothing better than freakin' delicious, hot, late-night Korean food . . . and the memories to go along with it. Ha.

New Memories:

- Korean dramas bind people together
- Korean TV not so much
- unintentional stalking is fun . . .
- . . . except when you get caught up and kicked out :\

- squishing four people (one of which is male) into the back seat of a car is never a good idea

though a blurry picture, still adequate enough to make me salivate...

Eatery Info: Yeowoosai, 6248 N California Ave, Chicago, IL 60659

korean food tastes better than it looks...ouch...burn-i jest, i jest.

i typically dont go to korean restaurants unless accompanied by someone who knows korean. that sounds bad. do u find this to be true for u as well Ji? perhaps i need to be more adventure-some

JK & Blank, haha. Dorks.

Francis, thanks for the recommendation. And yeah, it is pricey but so yummy. Mmmm.

Hannah, we'll take you when you're back here! :) And I'm watching Boys Before Flowers. I have a mini crush on one of the characters. Haha.

Sus, as long as it was yummy. :] Thinking of you too.

M, actually...I've been to a few korean places without a korean, but it's never quite the same. In Chicago, I can't go to any korean place without Joe. Haha. He's like a security blanket who happens to bust out in korean at the right times. ;)
