01.05 & 06 - Wishy-washy Weekend

I was quite a fattie on Saturday, and not so much on Sunday. I need to work on my consistency . . . of a healthier rating, of course. ;)

SATURDAY, January 5th
Breakfast
+ three pieces of thick-cut bacon (very crunchy)
+ scoop of scrambled eggs with salt, paprika, and red pepper
+ few spoonfuls of oatmeal with dried cranberries and bananas
+ two blueberry waffles
+ 2 oz. of Gatorade fruit punch
Mid-afternoon Snack
+ handful of different gummy things

Dinner
+ 1/4 carne asada (strip steak)
+ 3/4 carne asada smothered with cheese and specialty hot sauce (yummy and gross at the same time)
+ a few spoonfuls of rice
+ a spoonful of refried beans
+ a glass and a half of horchata (rice water, a.k.a. "liquid donut")
+ a few spoonfuls of fried ice cream with strawberry sauce
Late-night Snack
+ a Miller Lite
+ a "B.N." shot (butterscotch schnapps and Bailey's-- delicious)
+ a shot of Jager (bleccch)
Later-night Snack
+ few spoonfuls of chicken adobo (mmmm)

SUNDAY, January 6th
Breakfast
+ cup of coffee with caramel creamer
+ piece of omelet gone cold
+ piece of sweet Filipino bread
Early-afternoon Snack
+ two handfuls of old, stale cheese popcorn (pretty gross, but couldn’t stop)
+ just the outer part of pork siopao (Filipino version of steamed pork buns, a.k.a. bao)
Dinner
+ several different sushi rolls, a piece of tuna sashimi, and a piece of halibut nigiri
+ cup of hot green tea
+ few scoops of cinnamon ice cream tempura (Asian version of fried ice cream—so good)
