01.25 - Easing Back Into It

I didn't want to overdo it today, so I had a healthy breakfast and a light, but still pleasing lunch (the cheese puffs, at least). So, of course, I treated myself to a nice, substantial dinner. All is right with the world.

FRIDAY, January 25th
Breakfast
+ bowl of oatmeal with dried cranberries and Splenda

+ little piece of Guyanese-style burrito (yum)
Lunch
+ 1/2 a bowl of "Healthy Select" chicken soup (fat free, low sodium = blech, blech, blech)
+ 1/4 a bag of the BEST cheese puffs in the world (seriously)


Dinner
+ 4 lumpia shanghai (filipino eggrolls)
+ some garlic rice
+ some chicken adobo
+ some beef kaldereta
+ some crispy pata (the fattiest and most decadent pork entree ever-- ha)
+ a few spoonfuls of pancit
