01.12 & 13 - Oh no...I Really Overdid It

I ate an obscene amount of food this weekend (especially in the starch department). I think it got my stomach slightly out of whack. I paid for it dearly Sunday night . . . and possibly will again tomorrow. Ha. Sorry for sharing.

SATURDAY, January 12th
Brunch
+ plate of spaghetti (from last night—still yum)
Early-afternoon Snack
+ 1/2 of a Cinnabon (scrumptious)
+ several sips of lemonade
Dinner
+ another plate of spaghetti (ha—borderline disgusting, I know)
+ small piece of bread with Italian beef and giardiniera
+ cup of coffee with creamer
Late-night Snack
+ three slices (the little square ones) of sausage pizza (yum)

SUNDAY, January 13th
Breakfast
+ two eggs, sunnyside up
+ three turkey sausage links
+ two pieces sweet Filipino bread, toasted
+ few strawberries, sliced
+ small cup of coffee with creamer
Lunch
+ concoction of scrambled eggs, corned beef, and bittermelon (weird, but so good—ha)
Mid-afternoon Snack

+ four pieces of sautéed shrimp
+ a few sips of cherry Pepsi
Dinner
+ piece of Italian bread with olive oil
+ linguini carbonara with bacon, prosciutto, and scallions (oh man…)

+ several forkfuls of cheese tortellini with prosciutto and peas in alfredo sauce (mmm)
Dessert
+ crepes d’amour (crepes filled with nutella and raspberries…so good)
+ a few bites of banana crepes (also good)
+ huge cup of café au lait
