01.21 - Junk Food Overload

Today was a good day-- productive and relaxing at the same time. Unfortunately, I don't think I ate anything beneficial.

MONDAY, January 21st
Breakfast

+ corned beef omelet (last time!)
+ cup of coffee with creamer
Mid-morning Snack
+ one regular Krispy Kreme donut
+ one cinnamon roll Krispy Kreme donut
Mid-afternoon Snack
+ 1/2 light blueberry muffin
+ tall non-fat vanilla latte
Dinner
+ 6 chicken wings
+ scoop of macaroni and cheese (mm)
+ 1 or 2 french fries
+ Vitamin Water “defense”
Late-night Snack
+ handful of strawberries
+ glass of white wine
+ slice of American cheese
