01.19 & 20 - Biting Cold Weekend

It was ridiculously cold this weekend-- yet I feel like I spent more time outside than inside. That's OK, though, because I ate pretty well and bundled up like crazy. So yeah. I'm torn between wanting to go back to working out already and wanting to store as much body fat as possible. :\ That's the problem with this time of the year. Dreary winter = blah fattie me.

SATURDAY, January 19th
Breakfast
+ corned beef omelet
+ cup of coffee with gingerbread creamer
Mid-morning Snack
+ grande non-fat vanilla latte
Lunch
+ bowl of chicken soup
+ a few pieces of chicken adobo with rice
Dinner
+ a handful of edamame

+ one or two calamari pieces
+ a little piece of fried soft-shell crab
+ a shrimp roll (it's one shrimp wrapped in eggroll wrapper...and it's divine)
+ a whole bunch of maki rolls

+ two to three glasses of riesling (different kinds-- all pretty darn good)

Breakfast
+ corned beef omelet (yes, I know, I'm obsessed)
+ few pieces of Italian bread with butter spread
+ cup of coffee with vanilla caramel creamer
Late Lunch
+
1/2 Uno's store-bought deep-dish sausage pizza (eh)
+ 1/2 bottle of a different Sobe brand flavored water (can't remember the name of it)
Dinner
+ other half of the pizza (but mainly just the topping and it wasn't even that good)
+ other half of the flavored water
+ a handful of strawberries
